Do take the time to let me know if you think something should be changed. We trust our clients and respect their opinions, beliefs and always try to do better. I mean, I don't get paid but the p-TAP/amphetamine mix was a nasty one. You rush to make sure people have the data (we wrote a book of adult humour for clients, a totally dull one for the prison officers. We used to call warders screws (because they could change a screw t make forced labour even harder). Now we have private prisons - we have plastic screws.

We are simple people. If someone asks for help, we help. We don't judge. We just want to give people their lives back. I've patented an alcohol replacement and so now I am struggling to get funding for the R-4066 derivative. (S)-6-{3,4-dihydro-2H-spiro[naphthalene-1,4'-piperidine]-1'-yl}-4,4-diphenylhexan-3-yl acetate. It takes 3 hours or so to reach it's peak activity and it's T? of 20.5 hours so after 3 days of a dose per day, this can be reduced to 3 doses per week (and it looks possible that duration can be extended so 2 doses per week.

It is hardly a perfect answer but it will blockade things like fentanyl and the dose-regime means people don't lose their job. A letter from a doctor explaining that the client needs to be seen twice a week and job done. Obviously it's best for people to stop but of course why everyone started is unique. There isn't some simple solution but the methadone has made a difference.

I will finish by pointing out that my then GF lived in Detroit and she decided we should spend the weekend in Toronto. It was AMAZING. A bridge separates 2 cultures. I went to the pharmacist for eye drops and the lady in front of me was picking up her juice (pink!!!) and I just dropped in that she was doing the right thing and mercy me, every single person in that shop supported her and wanted to show an Englishman how good manners are done well in a modern manner. I mean they were all nice but their ears pricked when I mentioned methadone... If it helps people, what is the problem? It's so cheap to make! I know chemists in Russia who ONLY make methadone since the health service is useless.
