So, let me start by saying that none of these products have ever been tested with a test kit. I know that?s dumb. With that being said, I?m just asking for straight opinions lol. So.....I have a background of using ecstasy in the late 90?s and early 2000?s. And it was great! Total euphoria and closeness and all that Jazz. Hadn?t done any since 2004. So about 2 years ago, my fianc? at he time, now my wife, says that she wants to try it and I was totally cool trying it with her because inhad never had the chance in my youth to roll with a significant other or a female who was single for that matter, so I thought it would be really fun. As luck would have it, a coworker the following week said he could get it easily. Now, back when I used to do it, pressed pills was all we got, the stuff he got for us was a damn rock the size of A fucking gum ball. Let me tell you, it was amazing. This stuff had euphoria, the eye jitters, jaw clenching, dance energy, and was the most hyper sexual feeling I have ever felt. Nasty sex for hours straight, you name it, we did it. We got this quality of stuff for a solid year from my friends source. Then he disappeared never to be heard from again. So, not knowing anyone in the scene, we turn to the dark net lol. We have never had any products that even come close. No euphoria, no sexual urges, no energy. Just eye jitters, jaw clenching, and wanting to lay around. So what?s the deal? After researching I feel like maybe the stuff we had from my friend was actually methylone and not mdma, is there any merit to this line of thinking?

There's no way of knowing what you had mate, suffice to say that hypersexuality is not a common effect from MDMA.
 
The first one was probably meth, but there's no way to be certain.
 
Definitely not meth, not even close, I?ve done meth in the past, completely different high

Your experience sounds very similar to mine.

I did MDMA for the first time in 2000. Did it regularly with the same supplier from 2000 until 2005. Had the same experiences you did. Hypersexuality, energy, euphoria, dance energy, eye jitters, jaw clenching, eye dilation, music enhancement etc. Unlike you, I did test my pills. I even sent some in to a lab. They all tested as MDMA.

My supplier retired. Since then, I have tried various other supplies (including the DW). I have not found the exact same experience. The new products also test as MDMA.

Obviously, this is a big problem, and we have lots of theories over in the other thread. I think the most popular/leading theory at this time is that the methods of making MDMA changed, and something changed with the product as well.

Now, you will be an interesting addition to our research because your partner was a new user, while you arguably had tolerance issues. Has she noticed the same differences?

Also, I have to disagree with Fubar. Sex on MDMA is amazing. I was fortunate to be with a loving partner from 2003 onward, and we had MANY experiences like you describe. Superstar pornstar extravaganza! Fucking amazing. And yes, it was MDMA not Meth and not Methylone according to ecstasydata.org.

So, please, come discuss this unfortunate mystery in the other thread, and add your ideas to ours. Maybe we can figure this bullshit out.

Hypersexuality is not a symptom of MDMA use, I disagree completely with you indigoaura, correct me if im wrong doesnt MDMA, real MDMA, cause a massive release of prolactin???? That would be like a chemical castration for a male, actually, many men who have prolactin issues due to abuse of certain steroids that cause prolactin release have a complete inability to have erections even with viagra, ive read before but dont quote me on this that 98% of men cant achieve an erection with MDMA, it must be an uncommon reaction.

Perhaps that has not been your experience with MDMA, but that has been my experience (and clearly, the experience of the original poster). I can post links to the pills I personally sent in to ecstasydata.

Now, I know many people cannot get an erection. I know that is common. But, even in those situations, at parties people still found themselves naked and sexually involved, even if an erection was not part of the play.

I only have my own experiences. For awhile, (2000 to 2002) I was with a partner who could not get an erection on MDMA. I understand that is what is most common. However, from 2002 onward, I was fortunate to be with a partner who could get an erection. Same partner I am with now. He could get and maintain an erection on MDMA. Maybe he is one of the minority.

When I used MDMA with my first partner, we did not fool around and it was not sexual. He was not interested in that. However, the very first time I did MDMA with my current partner, it was absolutely explosive. Not trying to brag, but we had sex for about 8 hours, on and off, all night. That is how it always was with us. Maybe it is somewhat dependent on the attraction between the people doing it, I don't know.

So, you can certainly say that has not been your own experience, but that was our experience. And for us, it was always a sexual drug. We did it specifically for the sexual encounter that would follow. And, I am pretty sure Shuglin wrote about this aspect as well with his wife. So, perhaps for some couples, that is just how it is.
 
I think I should add a little more info to this lol. When I used to take ecstasy in the early 2000?s it wasn?t ever extremely sexual, just blissful, connected euphoria, as it should be. The stuff I was getting from a dealer was definitely all that, plus hypersexualness. It is also worth noting though, that I never really had a sexual situation back in those days while on it and couldn?t get it up even if I had wanted to. To counteract that, I prepped with cialis just in case my wife did in fact get in the mood, and like I said, it was amazing on all fronts. The stuff I?m getting from the dark net is just lacking in every area, and we?ve tried various doses, with the only real difference being that the more we take in one dose, the speedier it feels, it feels like mdma, just dumbed way way down lol, while the other was like a nuclear sexplosion! Hahahaha
 
I posted in the other thread too, Chonciceptor, and I agree. The products I have had recently are all lacking. "Dumbed down" is a great way to put it. Did you find that you still had the jaw clenching, but it was not particularly pleasant? Did you feel sort of sleepy and like laying around? I would love to read a full write up of what the DW products felt like to you. To me, they lack the euphoria, empathy, sexuality, and enhanced senses. You'll still get quite buzzed, but it is a joke compared to the real deal.
