Black Mamba for e-cigarette

Does anyone know if the liquid for the e-cigarettes can be used with rolling paper? I was wondering if I could soak ez wider paper in it and use it to smoke in a black & mild.

any thoughts?

I don't think it would really work to be honest. Even if the paper rolled and stay lit I don't think you would actually feel the nicotine. I've seen people put drops on a bowl and I've seen people try "dabbing" the e-liquid on a nail and in both cases they couldn't feel the nicotine. Perhaps a liquid with a higher nicotine concentration would work better, but I don't think it would be enjoyable in any way.
