Well my plan was to do my thing then just sit back down in my seat I thought the movement of the train would increase my blood pressure and make it kick in faster?

Depending what volume u onject u may shit yourself. It's better to lay down

pre dissolve it in small amount of water and use something like an oral syringe. use a leak proof container and maybe plastic shot glass if you can't find a container with a wide enough rim.
