Making sure its safe!

Hey people,

A friend of mine was given some apparently really good MDMA to try out but he hasn?t used it in a very long time and is wondering if anyone here has any experience taking it whilst on Seroquel, Pristiq and Valproate?

Will he be alright if he just takes little bits at a time to slowly build up to it or should he straight out give it a miss?

SNRI's apparently block the effects of MDMA. On top of that it will increase your risk for serotonin syndrome, which usually isn't lethal with proper medical treatment but it's an extremely uncomfortable ordeal to say the least.

What do you mean take it a little bit at a time? If he takes lower doses to start with that would be a good start but the drugs your friend is taking have bad interactions with MDMA so it would be best to skip it.

The SNRI is very dangerous, even possibly deadly, to combine with MDMA. Even without that, the antipsychotics would block much of the effects. Very strongly recommended to give it a miss.

Waste of good Mdma, seen it too many times. Give it to someone who can actually enjoy it.
