Yes, they are exceedingly dangerous to combine vasodilators with strong stimulants. Dave Bilzerian had a heart attack on this combo.

yeah i remember listening to the interview with dan bilzerian having the heart attack in his 20s on that combo.

I don't know the medical jargon that goes along with the reason but i do know the combo increases the chance of one off heart attacks in normally healthy people. It's not a long term thing, every time you do it you are taking a risk.
