1,4 % 1,5 aryldiazepine - onset

Can anyone confirm that midazolam is the fastest acting oral aryldiazepine? I avoid using the term benzo because another example said to have a very fast onset is brotizolam. I would EXPECT midazolam to be the fastest due to it's pKa being about 7.4 thus in the blood, the vast majority will not carry a formal charge when in the blood so can cross BBB readily. I've even been given the stuff as a premed but to be fair it was 39 years ago.
