Hey all,

I am a software developer and have recently finished building a web application which pertains to functional molecules (e.g. psychoactives). It has a database of approx 2000 compounds at the moment. The following page lists chemical compound classes which includes cannabinols, phenethylamines, tryptamines and ketamine-like compounds:

Upon viewing individual compounds, you can see 3D their molecular structures, as well as 3D structures of target proteins (e.g. CB-1 receptors), as well as view scientific literature references relating to the compound and any available commerical sources which are listed. Logged in users can save various information relating to compounds to their profile for future reference (e.g. sources and trip reports).

Any feedback or suggestions of features to work on would be greatly appeciated!

^Just moved this over from Science & Technology but figured you PD guys would love it. It might end up being better off in 'Neuroscience and Pharmacology Discussion', but I thought I'd pass it through here to give it some views.

Outstanding work FuncMols!

^ You could copy his post and stick it in N&PD mate?
