Is it worth taking lyrica to quit phenibut

Wondering if it?s equivalent to taking phenibut anyway, or worth substitution to quit. I know lyrica sucks to quit too but phenibut seems it may be worse if I?m remembering correctly.

I would use lyrica to help wean you off and then stop it. It?s too similar, you?re just going to be on another set of crutches. I use a heavy dose of Phenibut once weekly and use Lyrica mid week to get me through. If I were trying to quit Phenibut for good, I?d use Lyrica to take the edge off of the anxiety. I find that to be the worst part of Phenibut, the rebound anxiety.
