First time I tried "hard"

I'm sober now and I've been looking back on my experiences when I was addiction. The first time I used crack a dealer offered it to me and I was with some users that only smoke crack (I was only into H at the time). When I tried it this girl gave me instructions, she told me to breath it in and hold my breath and she squeezed my chest at the same time. I never saw anyone do that before after I kept smoking and they kept taking my stem too and smoking the resin (didn't realize that till later too, dont really care about that stuff) What I really want to know is wtf was that? Squeezing my chest? Was she trying to hurt me?

Could be many reasons... who can guess her intent?
I'm thinking it was an attempt to knock you out so your pockets could get ripped off. LOL
