Czk isn't reeeeally legal, but they don't really give a shit either.
From my understanding, that's majority of European countries as well. You always have your pick of states in the U
S. as well.

I recently got back from Costa Rica. I bought some herb and blow for a fair price. The dude I got it from was a tour guide for the resort. We smoked a bit on the beach, according to him it was still not legal there either, but also nobody really gives a shit. Absolutely beautiful place, besides that.
