Stimulants dont know what to do

about a week ago i bought some stuff that was supposed to have been freshly made, so fresh i was told to open the container it was in and in a few hours it would harden and dry. When that didnt happen i called the person and i was told they had forgotten to "spray" it with something so it wont harden without this step apparently. Now im stuck with what i can only describe as high dollar oily Play-Doh. help plz anyone
 
I'm sorry, but we don't know what you have. From there, we can't tell you what to do with it other than ask your friend to exchange the purchase if they are open to it. Otherwise, you may have been played. :\
