    Mental Health Court

I am starting Mental Health Court on the 24th or 27th of next month, and I am very nervous and need some clarity so I can have some peace of mind.

Could somebody explain how Mental Health Court works, and tell me what, in your experience or from your knowledge, I will have to do while I'm in it? Any info or experiences would help me a lot.

I don't have any advice, other than don't trust your lawyer, because they work for the mental health services (at least in my locale.)

I was court ordered shots for over a year I didn't need. My condition is stable with 50-100mg seroquel for sleep (otherwise I'm up for days.)

In my experience, you don't do shit.

You just talk to the judge casually.

The judge is more lenient with you than other judges.

I found that just being completely honest in being receptive to others but being assertive (but not arrogant or rude) about your thoughts, does best.

Just FYI, we can't tell you how to manipulate anyone with regard to the law.
