How to bolster immune system to prevent meth side effects?

So I know the obvious ones.Drink water,eat,sleep,magnessium. Are there any other ways to ease comedown symptoms of meth. In particular I get nasty cold sores and was wonderi bc if taking vitamin c would help my immune system to prevent this?

Benzos will help you come down if you are spun out or something.

Otherwise you're going to be eating a lot and be quite depressed, so eating food when your on meth (as hard as it is) will help with that, and making sure you have a good support system or a funny movie will help with the depression. You can always go to The Dark Side sub-forum as well if you're feeling shitting and need to vent.

Are you talking about actual cold sores or are you talking about ulcers because you’re chewing the insides of your mouth?

I am unsure why but it does seem meth is somehow an immunosuppressant

I think all stimulants have the propensity to compromise your immune system, but whether that's due to the drug itself or lack of sleep, nutrition and hydration I've no idea. My Mrs often used to break out in cold sores after multi day 3fpm sessions as she has the virus.
