Kratom effects on opiate use

I have used kratom daily for around 8 months. Recently broken a tooth and was prescribed 10/325 hydro for the ungodly pain. While I'm taking the hydro I have stopped kratom use not being one to mix things, but even 20mg hydro I feel nothing and was curious if the kratom jumped my tolerance or if its blocking the receptors and I should take more. Used to have a very low opiate tolerance like 2.5 hydro could be felt after for months of use.

Continued kratom use will jack up opiate tolerance pretty quick. I've felt that kratom does have something of a blocking effect on other opiates. In my experience ceasing kratom use for a day solves the problem of the slight blocking effect but you probably won't get the tolerance back down unless you take at least a week off.
