I'm having a really bad day today. Just anxiety beyond description. I could really use some encouragement and help. Once again, sorry to burden this forum with my pain. I really need to know what I should do. Last night I went to a bar but just had a meal and juice. Also had tea. No alcohol. But for some reason today I feel like I ingested some alcohol and it's messing with my condition. I just can't take this. Sorry.
