AT-121, Potential New Opioid Therapy?

I thought I had heard of it, until I read your link, does it also have low beta-arrest2 recruitment? Or am I confusing it for TRV-130? I'd like to see the structure of AT-121.

Also sounds like it could have utility as a maintenance drug given its partial agonism. The worst thing about buprenorphine is probably the amount of arrestin recruitment, but since TRV-130 is a full agonist its probably a non starter.

Very cool, too bad I'll be an old man before it reaches market, really does seem like it could be perfect for treating opioid dependence(not to mention preventing it). Not that I think it is as problem free as these preliminary tests seem to indicate.
