How long before rolling should I stop a tricyclic antidepressant (Amoxapine)?

I got prescribed 10mg of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amoxapine as a testrun. According to wikipedia, it

?It is a moderate and strong reuptake inhibitor of serotonin and norepinephrine?

My question - since it's acting on serotonin, how long before rolling should I stop taking this to get best results and be on the safe side?

https://www.rxmed.com/b.main/b2.pha...phs/CPS-_(General_Monographs-_A)/ASENDIN.html says:

?Amoxapine is absorbed rapidly and reaches peak blood levels approximately 90 minutes after ingestion. It has a serum elimination half-life of 8 hours and is almost completely metabolized in the liver to 7-hydroxyamoxapine and 8-hydroxyamoxapine. The major active metabolite, 8-hydroxyamoxapine, has a serum half-life of 30 hours, while 7-hydroxyamoxapine is present in serum only in low concentrations with a half-life of 6.5 hours.?

So after 30 hours it should be out, but does this also mean serotonin reuptake is no longer inhibited? I?m guessing effects are still in the brain after that.

Also the normal initial dosing for this looks to be 50mg twice a day for adults, so I am with my 10mg still very far under that.

Anyone an idea?
