It's very difficult to see such posts as anything but disingenuous nonsense, given your own shameless disregard for our rules.

I disagree with a lot of what john mccain has been involved in politically over the years, but his courage and commitment to serve his country are unquestionable.

It does demonstrate how little dignity or humanity there is in the trump camp - but i guess that's to be expected from a chaotic administration that is steeped in criminality, driven by hate and led by the dumbest motherfucker to ever set foot inside the white house (including george w's dog imho)

It's cute that you reject snopes as a source when you've spent as much time as you have spamming us with your conspiracy pizzagate nonsense.
And it's a bit hypocritical for a trump devotee to call mccain a warmonger after trump's disgraceful behaviour in regards to "the Iran deal".

The way trump and his supporters attack the character of anyone who challenges trump's fucked-up agenda is something i really won't miss when he loses his mandate to defile the office.

In the end it will be interesting to see how many people in the trump administration don't end up in prison or facing criminal charges for their part in this fucking mess.

John McCain, on the other hand, will be remembered as a man of courage and integrity - not a grubby little con artist.
That's the irony of conspiracy theorists. In spite of their telling people not to believe everything they hear from mainstream media, they themselves tend to believe everything they read from anywhere provided it says what they wanna hear, with no real questioning at all.

First of all there's no need for personal animosity or attacks from any of you. I don't do that so it would be nice to receive the same treatment.
You can dispute my arguments all day, but I'm a Political Science graduate and I speak 7 languages, so no need to try and discredit my arguments by portraying me as an idiot, or the good ol' tried and tested "conspiracy theorist".
It really just shows a lack of argument.

I do follow rules, but whenever I'm attacked I get infracted if I return the favor. I'm not keen on getting into more moderating arguments, but at least be honest about it. There's nothing against the rules about informing or reminding other members of the rules, especially when they break them to insult me. Normally I'd insult him back, instead I reported his post as per requested by the mods. His insults are still there, and you seem to be lambasting me for having a problem with what he said. I'd just like to see uniformity.

It's very questionable and all laid out in the links I posted.
You're actually the last person that I would expect to be defending or praising John McCain - since you seem to be avidly anti-war and pro-human rights. The only reason I can think of that you would praise McCain is due to him being one of the most outspoken obstructionists against Trump. "The enemy of my enemy is my friend" is apt here.

Pizzagate is real, but that's off-topic and irrelevant to this discussion (apart from an attempt to smear me).
Here's a link to the pictures featured previously on the owner of Comet PingPong Pizza, James Alefantis' instagram. They are dog whistles to pedophiles and obvious to anyone who's looked into pedophilic themes and satanic imagery. They hide in plain sight http://themillenniumreport.com/2016/...es-like-these/

Not it isn't, you need to be clearer in your definition of warmonger. McCain voted for the sanctions that directly led to the starvation deaths of hundreds of thousands of Iraqi women and children.
The Iran deal was a temporary band-aid (rife with kickbacks and corruption) and did nothing to ensure long-term security in the region. Renegotiating a deal =/= going to war.
If you're going to call Trump a warmonger you'll need to provide some solid evidence, but there isn't any. In fact he has helped de-escalate 2 major conflicts (North Korea and Syria) which actually runs counter to the usual destructive US foreign policy and goals of the military-industrial complex. Honestly if he was a Liberal he would be receiving untold amounts of praise and adoration from the media (however their agenda is to promote and justify war, so..)

I vehemently disagree. He was a psychopathic warmonger (among other things) and he is only praised currently for attempting to obstruct the President.

@JGrimez: even though this is a thread and no matter how much i want to support what some of those here say or laugh, i ask that you please show some respect for the dead.

i have no love of many politicians, i see them as bad people mostly until one does something showing their worth and moral fortitude as well as making sound decisions that are good for this country, even still i wish death on no one and it is not to be made a mockery of.

that being said if you have grievances with mods, admins or other members please take them up in a more appropriate venue and through the correct channels. if you have grievances with mr. mccain you are more than welcome to take them up with him though seeing as the man has passed your grievances are now your personal issue to overcome. yes this is a public site but i'm sure you will find more sympathy on other public sites that hold the same values, ideas and thoughts as you do on such subjects.

what your doing is akin to showing up to an actual funeral and starting a fight or stomping and pissing on the grave of said person. show a lil respect. others have expressed their opinions much like if they attended said funeral and said what they did but in whispers, that happens in real life. what your doing is tantamount of something sacrilegious as evident of your posts in the past and arguments you have started as well as feed into.

i could be in the wrong in expressing my views and opinion on this but your still unnecessarily aggravating many here and taking away from people contributing and instead of supporting them your tearing their shared ideas apart thread by thread and setting them afire. this is not the way to convince someone of your opinion, to be heard or make changes that you might think better all. these people have been more than patient, understanding and correct in the way they have communicated with you, show them some respect in doing so in return.

we're living in bizarro world where certain people have an embolism about an nfl player quietly taking a knee but have no problem with trump's disgraceful comments before - and childish response to - mccain's death.

    talk about disrespecting the military...

Sorry, please tell me how nice Hitler's art was. He was a great leader for his country, militarily impressive, incredibly systematic blah blah give me a break. You obviously don't understand war and suffering.

McCain disrespected the military himself he's a traitor. He made money on the blood of people from all races, including US soldiers.

Apologies if that offends you and you like McCain because he fought Trump. But I strongly disagree with idolizing someone simply because they became sick and died. Who remembers George W Bush? How much he was hated by seemingly every person in the world. He'll probably get the same amnesic treatment when he descends to Hades. Go see the results of the actions of these people, and then honestly tell me if they're still worthy of any respect.

    like i say, bizarro world.

meanwhile, trump continues his profligate travel and other spending, juices the deficit with a massive tax cut, raves about the incredible economy then turns around and freezes federal wages claiming "serious economic conditions".

what a hypocritical douchbag he is.

You don't think these issues are worth criticism too? One can only criticize a leader if they promote war, death and destruction?

Whatever - if you're still preaching the trump gospel as of August 2018 (September here already - catch up! ) i think you've well and truly picked your side.
As for my show of respect for McCain - way to take my post, deliberately ignore all the detail and nuance and turn it back to some black-and-white nonsense. Not that i expect any more from you

When i saw this picture of John McCain's mother at his funeral (he was 81 - she is 105 years old), i couldn't help but think "when the people going after trump finally nail that bloated bag of bile, i hope they show that fucker no mercy".

I know nothing about the woman, but the image is quite powerful.

Apart from a pointless shitstorm entirely of his own making, there should be no reason for an image of a woman at her (war hero POW) son's funeral to be damaging to trump - but this is yet another reminder of what a pathetic figure trump is.
An impotent coward who is too petty - and nasty - to take political disagreements in his stride. As a politician, as a human being - trump is a fucking disgrace.

    A few things trump can't buy;

    - dignity
    - courage
    - friends
    - his freedom

I would argue that McCain fought for all these things - whether i agree with him or not. Reality is that trump is gearing up for the fight of his life - one he doesn't stand the slimmest chance of winning.

I watched some of the live coverage of his service in the US Capitol this morning. It was indeed moving to see his mother there.

I don't blindly pick or stick with a side - but you ignore or deny the reasons why people support Trump.
Are you even willing to switch sides upon new information and evidence? Or is there zero chance regardless of what happens?

Trump has been at this fight since 2015-16 and continues to win. Are we watching the same thing?

You've been asked countless times what sort of incompetence or outrageous behaviour (sexual asssault, inciting violence and police brutality, racial hatred - the list is endless) it would take you to decry trump. That's why it's a relevant question; you've answered it.

    Uh, no.

Do you respect trump in light of his treasonous dalliances with dictators like putin, kim jong un, duterte?
Would you respect him if the sexual assaults he boasts about were proven?
What about the rapes he's been accused of?

The pol pot/hitler comment is silly mate.

    No we're not.
I've seen the content you post and the sources you think are credible - and frankly it's the sort of "fake news" trump rants about in his broken english...

    Anyway, this was published 31/08/2018;

Donald Trump's approval rating sinks to lowest of his presidency

Thanks.(sorry for feeding the troll. Last time I promise.)
I used to think mods advised people to use the "ignore" feature as a bit of a cop-out on their part.

But if someone's endless carrying-on and obsession is annoying you, or getting in the way of mature discussion, i'd recommend using it.
I think i'm going to add someone to my ignore list right now. It works
