My psychiatry is put me on 40 mg of prozac and one mg of klopin twice a day The prozac does absolutely nothing for me but Make me gain weight not sleep,No sex drive, The only thing that seems to be helping for me Is the klopin For panic attacks But she won't take me off the klopin a keep me on the prozac I personally will not continue to take the prozac I seriously debated on not go on back if she takes me off of my klopins ita just ao stressful ive been on ao many pills and thata the only one that halfass helps

SSRIs take about a month to kick in.
And be honest with her - if klonopin is the only thing that works, let her know that. And likewise, if prozac doesn't work (after a month), try something else.

Yeah it really can take eight weeks for SSRIs to really "kick in", as they say.
Otherwise, the good thing is that there are many SSRIs on the market. All a bit different. All with particular strengths, as theory goes.
