Will Memantine affect the quality of a roll?

A festival is coming up and in preparation I wanted to start a memantine run. I read somewhere that it might affect the quality of the roll though (can't find where that was).

Any experience?
 
In preparation for what? To potentially affect the quality of your 'roll'? Do you have Alzheimer's disease? WTF??

I believe some people use it as a nootropic, though IIRC it's efficacy isn't researched at all

Memantine is great for a lot of things. I can for example prevent neurotoxicity (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17980434) (arguably that's in mice, but still)
It's also often used as a pre-treatment before starting a stimulant to fight / slow down tolerance build up

My question was more if it would (negatively) affect how a roll feels, tolerance aside :)
