So I been IV quite a lot of metocin and railing 2c-c... I've got a rdv with my doc for subs n ritalin tomorrow early afternoon... I gotta keep going which I know I will, I feel like I reached a ceiling dose with the psychs... Possible I guess.... I'm way too high sorry

Yeah that would be instant tolerance effects aka tachyphylaxis..
Why don't you slow down your roll a little if you want it to be any bit sustainable?
Either way, the more you keep pushing the more that instant tolerance will develop and make the ceiling effect worse... also it can still increase side-effects so it's especially pointless. Stretch it if you must, get a grip on yourself
