-15 mg Restoril (temazepam; CIV)
-50 mg Benadryl (diphenhydramine)--better than Cogentin
-monthly Invega Sustena injections (they MADE me get the shot; fuck it, who gives a shit?; it's not a problem as long as you've got more, right?)

per os at bedtime

- Wellbutrin XL 300mg (morning)
- Ritalin LA 40mg (morning)
- Depakote ER 500mg (morning + night)
- Quetiapine 200mg (afternoon + 2 doses at night)
- Klonopin 6mg (night)
- Nozinan 100mg (afternoon + night)

I know it's a lot of meds, but it took me a long time (alongside with my pdoc) to find this combo that seems to work very well for me. I finally found some stability for my mood-swings, no anxiety, no problems with drugs anymore etc... I'm not bipolar but diagnosed with "unespecified mood disorder", somewhere in the "mood spectrum", the latter being a relatively new "concept"/"approach" to diagnose mood disorders, you can read more about it here:
