High dose mirtazapine with sertraline?

Just curious as to whether anyone has taken his?

I know people have taken 30 mirtazapine - but I'm looking specifically at 45 mg or higher, with sertraline?

I ask because, they're both highly bound to alpha 1 acid glycoprotein - and there's a strong possibility of displacement and corresponding side effects.

Anyone ever taken 45 mg mirtazapine with sertraline??

I used to be on 60 mg (I think... must've been a decade ago) of mirtazapine in combination with other antidepressants (not sure if it was sertraline exactly, though), and I don't recall any problems, besides the slight sedation and weight gain typical for mirtazapine.
