I am a 24-year old American that is struggling with an up-and-down Adderall addiction. I was first prescribed Adderall about three years ago and since have gone through the timeline of it being euphoric and useful, to useful but full of side-effects, to its current state of being nothing but destructive. I'd love to talk more about my experience, but I don't want to overwhelm you all with my first post. I would also love to answer any questions you may have, I have kept a fairly detailed log throughout my struggles.

Man,... never had the aderal thing as i would rather be down.
that being said; have you tried a stable taper-down plan? not sure the safe increments but surely safer than all over the place.
Do you happen to have a GP on hand?
Thanks

If you have the money, Ibogaine has worked for many. I?m going to try it myself in a month or so

I do have a GP on hand but based on my past experience, cold turkey is the only way i can quit.
