I use a hollowed out pen, double layered foil, heat up from below and take it in, and i get really nasty burns from it, like a really sore throat after effects pass (i don't feel it while i'm high but i realize later) If I try to give more space to the smoke I just loose it in the room air,,, Any advice ?
