Two and a half months in

My last Xanax was in April. I don?t have the bad symptoms of withdrawals like I did last year at this time having to come off three mg a day ct.

The symptoms are mainly physical pain. Mental cloudiness. No energy no drive to want to be anything.

I?m taking gabapentin granted it helps but I am no where were I was last year at this time so I know I?m healing.

When does the full intital attack of symptoms go away?

I'm not familiar with benzo withdrawal.

It could be your symptoms are related to mental health. Either way I am sorry to hear about what you're going through.

My symptoms from quitting bupe lasted quite a long time, better part of a year.

Depends on the size of your habit. Even if it was small than before, repeating a kick tends to become more and more complicated as time goes on.

Some people seem to bounce back quick, maybe 1-3 months. Others require more like a year before feeling back to themselves.
