Just started using H and don't high as I should. What could be the reason?

I just started using H over a month ago. I'm on 75mcg and 12mcg fentanyl patches and I was taking 15mg of oxycodone but I trade them for H. Anyways I get the H and it's in rock form it's supposed to be raw. I snort a lot of it and get a somewhat high but not a big europhoric high and I don't get big nods. If I lay down and watch tv I may nod out for a second but that's about it. Why am I not nodding and getting nice and fuzzy with a europhoric/nodding high? Is it because I'm already on the patches and was taking 15mg oxys every 4 hours prior to using H?
 
your expecting to much from it, since you already have a tolerance your not going to experience those initial feeling before you grow tolerant because... your already there
