Does anything you take before PST effect the high?

So I drank a half a fifth, and I got somebody goin out to get me poppy seeds at a store that are unwashed. I just drank as much as I said but I was curious would that effect the high I get? I'm only takin 1.5 pounds so I'm not concerned about safety. I've done a hell of a lot more than that with combinations. I just wondered if any of you are like me that the smallest thing can change your high. Sorry for this retarded question.
