safety of I.M.'ing opana 40mg pills

I know it's ill advised to in any way inject any pill. But I I.M. morphine pills sometimes regardless. I am just wondering if these pills are a higher risk than others. I've read the horrible case studies of sub's. But not seen any info on opana's. Thanks for the consideration.
