Gabapentin possibly absorbed through another method

I always staggered by gaba doses. because it was understood at the time that Gabapentin could only absorbed so fast by amino acid transporters. The bioavailibiltiy also dropped to 0 effectiivly.

Well one day i was feeling experimental and took 6000mg the same dose i would stagger too. I got profound sedative type effects and it was very surprising as i suspected it bioavailibiltiy would drop and most would be wasted.

I repeated this experimental dose and even up too 9000 got lots of euphooria and im a former heroin addict so i know what euphoria lol

Any ideas on why it seems he bioavailibiltiy is higher than most research indicated

I'm not sure the bioavailability ever drops to zero, more is always more, it's just less efficient, more wasteful. The peak will generally be higher if dosing in the manner stated, but the AUC will be MUCH higher if you stagger your doses.
