I have red corean ginseng in 500mg capsules and the package indicates to take one or two capsules and I ever take two. It is 10:30 and since I woke up I am snorting methylphenidate and I have taken two capsules of red corean ginseng with the methylphenidate. I want to know the good effects of ginseng and if is better corean ginseng or Rhodiola rosea. I think ginseng brings mental and physical energy, relieve anxiety and stress, mood enhancement, better cognitive functions and and sexual stimulant. I am going to buy more red Korean ginseng and Rhodiola rosea to take this two at the same time. ?What are the uses of ginseng?
