Misc Did I Take Too Much Hydroxyzine?

I have chamomile, green tea, st johns wort, and some vitamin b pills and other supplements left from detox?. but you dont understand dude, lol. I am really REALLY up right now.
 
I am trying not to say ? go to the hospital?

Anything relaxing will help to some point.
 
I take high doses of hydroxyzine from 100mg to 250mg. At beginning I took 100mg and it fell down me to sleep but now I take 200mg and there is cuasi no effect. I am going to take it more occasionally to reduce tolerance. What is the maximum safe dose I can take of hydroxyzine?
 
If you take too much, take yourself to the hospital. You are pretty tweaked for Hydroxyzine. If you still have issues, go to th hospital
