Desoxyn in Tijuana, MX?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has had any luck finding desoxyn south of the border? I cross regularly for bars and dope, and to hang out in rosarito, but I have been gaining weight lately and been wanting to quit street meth so I thought a little break from everything and then a good dose of desoxyn would do the trick. I am not looking for advice or judgements on my lifestyle, just any personal knowlege anyone might have on this matter. Does desoxyn go by another name in mexico? Is there a similar equivalent that is not ritalin? Do pharmacies even carry said desoxyn equivalent? Can I get a script from a doctor down there?

i'm sure you can find it if you go to the right pharmacies and know the right people, yaknow, kinda like scoring anywhere else, but bluelight isnt the place to learn that kind of stuff. for international brand names and scripting practices and such, google is your friend.
