L-theanine, how does it work?

I knew l-theanine but I never had it or try. Today I bought 200mg l-theanine capsules. When I arrived at home I took a capsule of 200mg l-theanine and drank a bit of white coffee. Now I feel relaxed, with good mood and cognitive enhancement. How long lasts the effects of a theanine dose? Can I take 400mg in a single dose?
 
I had one capsule of l-theanine 200mg with a few coffee and it makes me feel very well, relaxed, well being and with focus and attention. Three hours later I took the second capsule of 200mg l-theanine with coffee. I am really happy with this drug
 
Now I have tested good the l-theanine and only one capsule of 200mg gives a feeling of relaxation, mood lift and cognitive enhancement
