Can't regain my old account:( HELP???!!!

Hello everyone, I just created this account in order to ask for help. I can not request a new password, when I do so, I dont get an email, I have checked junk, spam etc, but nothing no-where.

If you don’t have access to the email address associated with your originally account sadly there isn’t much we can do.

It is strange that it says that I have logged in recently, cuz I have not for month since my last post. I have access to my email and have requested a recovery link for multiple times, I know that the email is correct, but I've got nothing. It is so strange
