Any CYP3A4 inhibitors (such as grapefruit juice and many SSRI's) will potentiate oxycodone and methadone to some extent, more so if you have low tolerance. Gabapentin too.
Yeah 5 sounds fucking stingy, especially if you have valid pain for it. What's that? 3-5 days worth? Crushing em up will get you soaring with your low tolerance though haha.
Personally prefer DHC (dihydrocodeine) much more to oxy now as it gives me much more euphoria and a kick, ironic as it is far less regulated, can be sent to pharmacies electronically by GP's (think so) and doesnt have all the stupid schedule 2/3 regulations hah...
