Poppy pods

I know its way harder to locate and get them these days. And im not asking for a source. Just curious if there are still vendors or places in the US you can still buy them without having been washed, or drilled and emptied?

Also, i read about legal issues with growing them even if you havent harvested or manufactured anything. Is it illegal to simply grow poppy?

I'm sure there are places where you can get them still intact. We can't speak about the legality of pods or anything else. Sorry i'm gonna have to close this.
