Lithium and MDMA

Hi, im new here and didnt know where to post this but I'm kind of freaking out. So I started taking lithium about a week ago, just 900mg a day. I didnt know that apparently its not advised to take psychedelics while on lithium. I took one tenth a few hours ago. anyone have experience with this?

I have no personal knowledge on the subject but it has been brought up briefly before here and consensus was that it probably wasn't a good idea to do MDMA while on lithium. But, that seems to be too late already since you already took it. I hope the experience turned out all right for you?
