So I've been using for like a year now and almost every single night I do it, I spend around 5 - 10 hours masterbating. I cannot stop, it has become ritual for me and it's just normal now. I feel disgusting by this but at this point I have nothing to live for really so there's no motivation to stop... but my main question is, is this normal for meth use? To do it for that long?
