These are 24-hour acting morphine pills used for opiate substitution in some European countries such as Austria, Switzerland and Germany. Wondering if anyone has been on them, how well they work compared to methadone and why they aren't used in the UK/USA? Maybe they give more of a buzz than methadone but still take away withdrawals and seem like a great cheap alternative that is much easier to come off of than methadone as methadone gets in the bones and flesh and takes months to completely kick physically and psychologically (been through this myself)

Interested to know about experiences if any Europeans here have been on em :)
