Panadeine Forte - Australia v Germany

Hi. I?ve been on Panadeine Forte (prescribed for migraine) in Australia for many years. We?ve just made a permanent move to Germany and the same drug has a completely different effect on me. It knocks me out, I?m exhausted all the time, I?m clumsy, I slur my words etc. but I only take the prescribed dose. Anyone here know if there?s a difference in chemical makeup?
