Relapse Please help me!

Ok so I've been on H for nearly 10 years now, the most time I spent off it was about a year.
Anyways, I just detoxed for 4 days and was supposed to start taking naltrexone (anarcol tablets) but something came up and I couldn't get them. So being the idiot that I am, I got a gram of H and snorted it all.


Now my question is, is it ok if I start taking the naltrexone today? Or do I have to wait a while?


I already purchased the anarcol and its sitting in my dresser drawer but I'm not sure if I should start right away or if it's dangerous

Please help, I don't know what to do

I would wait if I was you. I'm actually in the exact same boat. 72hrs but then did some fent dope.

Well thing is, I don't trust myself waiting and I've got my family all over my ass, like nobody knows about that gram I took

I was just wondering if it's dangerous or too soon like medically speaking?

I'd wait. The naltrexone might cause you to go into withdrawal.

I too would not take the chance. If things get totally unbearable, perhaps kratom would be helpful.
