I pump vitamins and minerals and force myself to eat 6 small meals a day... even if it's just a bowl of oatmeal, or two scrambled eggs... the day I started I as 215, ( Dec.31.17 ) I am now 192... no one around me but my doctor knows I've lost weight, and she thinks it's because I am eating healthier because of my diabetes... Just be careful, meth is a dirty drug that someone ( like me ) with an addictive personality can get wrapped up in fast... just my opinion!
