hello everyone I just wanted to introduce myself.I have just detoxed from a 13 year addiction to the Indian version of black tar called afeem.I did a 4 day methadone taper but only had small amount so helped a little but still had bad wd.It is day 11 now and I started taking pagablin yesterday and had ten hours sleep more then the total I had in ten days.My mind keeps telling me to make having dope a Friday thing and with my tolerance so low what a good buzz it will be but I push those thoughts away.Luckily I was a functioning addict great wife kids home all sorted but for 13. years all our holidays have been to India because I needed to get my drug.Now I'm clean thinking of going to Sicily this year.Any advice on how best to stay clean because truth be told I loved getting high
