Well is there a cure for aloness, inceldom or loveshy?

People who suffer from these three problems or one of them must think the world fucking sucks! When it doesnt really and shouldn?t for them. For me I?m loveshy and the only people I really talk to at the moment are my parents or family. All my old mates moved on with jobs family and crap. So how do we make new friends or girlfriends or boyfriends or whatever or internet age we don?t need friends? One big thing I reckon doctors should look at is inceldom ?
