Sadly just learned of the death of Kak Channthy in Phnom Penh, in tribute to this amazing woman I am playing a lot of The Cambodia Space Project.
To get into why this band are so important to me isn't needed.

Love these two tracks probably among the most of their stuff. Although right now, I'm kinda in a heavy sort of mood, old opeth, demon of the fall, that kinda thing rather than newer, mellower stuff.
 
You coulda warned me I was gonna have visitors unbidden to my bed (well, the sofa, at least, although it does qualify as my bed, doesn't have a mattress with springs in it poking from both sides into places springs aren't meant to poke people in, so I sleep on the sofa instead.)

(and besides, I'm not spending the money for a new mattress, when I could instead spend it on more and more pieces of lab glassware and bottles of assorted reagents :p
