MDMA Vomitting & Medication

So my friend has taken MDMA a number of times, all through out 2017. She would normally have around 1.5 to 2 pills and be high but fine. She took a break of about 4 months and had 2 halfs of a pill this New Years again. But she became very ill and was throwing up for hours and she never really came up. She has tried it again vey recently with only 80mg of crystal compared to what she has had before which is about 100-125mf in a half pill. We are very unsure why this has happened to her. She takes Lymecyline capsules for acne and is on the desogestrel birth control tablet. Does anyone have any experience or help with this, thanks. She also said that on the recent roll she was sick once as her come up was too intense, but after then she made herself sick as she felt very nauseous. She also kept going through waves of feeling up and then would feel sick again, even though she did not redose after the 80mg
