How do i brew ayahuasca and what do i need?

I have the main ingredient for a brew i just want your opinions on what natural maois to use for the brew as well as how much main ingredient and maoi do i use for a brew per dose per person. ( hoping to experiment in order to have a retreat with loved ones )
