Agomelatine, antipsychotics and OCD

If I experience my OCD is getting worse when taking Agomelatine, what would happen taking an antipsychotic at the same time? I find that 1 mg Haldol makes my OCD better without the Agomelatine. If I would start the Agomelatine, would a higher dose - e.g. 2 mg - help with the increase in OCD it would undoubtedly give me? What's your theory regarding this? I would love to be able to start the Agomelatine again, because of the sleep it gives me.
